Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is the flagship of the Gordon Ramsay Group. 
 
This three Michelin starred restaurant (since 2001) boasts the culinary talent of Chef Patron Clare Smyth who has been responsible for the kitchen as head chef since 2008. Clare’s menu features classic restaurant Gordon Ramsay dishes she has made her own.
 
Her style is modern French, using the very finest seasonal ingredients and employing both classic and modern techniques.  She has created a loyal and adoring customer base for her award winning cuisine.

Peter Gilmore is the executive chef of Quay which has been included in The World's 50 Best Restaurants since 2009.  He is also Executive Chef at Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House (source:  Wikipedia).
